It's been a while since I've been so overwhelmed by one CD.  Needtobreathe's newest CD, "The Heat", was given to me by the lead singer because he felft that it needed to be heard ... and he is completely right. 

 

Powerful - meaningful music that is missing in the world of rock music today.  Sure, there are still bands out there that you and I can both name that write songs like that, but none hit it right on the head of the nail with each song. 

 

Needtobreathe has spent the last few years on tour, in which they opened for many great bands such as Collective Soul, Jars Of Clay, and much more.  Mark my words, it wont be long until those bands are playing for them!

 

Beautifully written, produced, and performed ... "The Heat" should be on the top of your list of CD's to buy for this year.  I honestly can't put it down.

 

Stand-out Songs: Again, Return, Streets of Gold, Signature of Divine (Yahweh), The Heat, Washed by the Water, (and the rest of the album)
