Now this is how you release a
Peanuts collection; in the past Warner Bros. was only releasing one show at a time – which meant that you were paying
top dollar for a single episode; sure they would include more than one TV special to attract more sales, but in my opinion
it was never worth it. With the release of Peanuts: 1960's Collection; there will never be a need to buy any other
Peanuts DVD since this collection has the best there is to offer when it comes to the adventures of Charlie Brown and his
lovable dog Snoopy.
Featuring six remastered TV specials: ‘A Charlie Brown Christmas’,
‘Charlie Brown’s All-Stars’, ‘It’s the Great Pumpkin, Charlie Brown’, 'You’re
in Love, Charlie Brown’, ‘He’s Your Dog, Charlie Brown’, and ‘It Was a Short Summer, Charlie
Brown’ – any fan of the series will not be disappointed in such a great lineup. I’m excited to see
two classic specials like ‘A Charlie Brown Christmas’ and ‘It’s the Great Pumpkin, Charlie Brown’
on the same DVD – I’ve never really liked anything else I’ve seen featuring the Peanuts cast, but I even
enjoyed this collection.
